Our Leadership Team

Kendra Husk

Children’s Ministry Team:

Kendra oversees Revive Community Kids. She specifically works with the elementary age group, leading a worship service that is designed just for them. Kendra has 14 years of experience working with kids. Her strengths include organization and creativity. She also works as the Children’s Librarian at Hancock County Public Library. She loves fashion, cooking, reading, and back-porch-sitting.

Fun Fact: Kendra is a foodie and loves to try new food and new restaurants.

Vickie Montague

Community Group Team:

Vickie oversees our Small Groups. She is currently helping to establish small groups that will connect those who attend Revive CC to a group where they will be able to find the love and support they need in a small intimate setting as well as while worshiping with the church as a whole. Experience comes in the the form of teaching Sunday School, Bible Studies, and leading a small group before, as well as some fundamental training. With a heart for serving the needs of others and the ability to talk a lot this position is a perfect fit for the present time. Vickie works for Hancock County EMA along with her husband Rick and loves time with her 3 girls and 7 grandchildren. In her spare time she enjoys camping, reading and cooking.

Justin Walker

Creative Teaching Team:

Justin is a follower of Jesus Christ, a husband, and a father of two girls. He will lead a team that will devote their time and efforts to ensure that what’s being shared each week is biblical, Spirit-led, engaging and relevant! God gifted Justin to teach and he will be doing so in a variety of ways at Revive. Justin has been using his gift to teach for the last six years in both a traditional church setting and in homes. He works in a factory full time and coaches high school football as a para-professional. His journey in faith has not been an easy one. He spent many years running from God before God called him back home. He enjoys spending time Christian case making and evidences for the claims of Christianity. He’s excited to see what God has in store for us as we begin to form as a new body of believers.

Karen Husk

Hospitality Team:

Karen is team leader of our Hospitality Team. She brings years of experience organizing church events and she loves to cook! Karen is a compassionate, caring person. She is a housewife, Mom and GawGaw. Her hobbies include floral arranging, needlework and taking pictures…though not very good at it!

Grandchildren keep hearts young!!

Rick Montague

Prayer Team:

Rick leads our prayer team at Revive Community Church. He is earnest in his prayer life and his strong desire to serve others through strengthening our prayer lives and mission work. Rick is a natural leader and will continue to remind us through new prayer programs how important our prayer life is. He brings years of experience as a lay leader and serving small churches through fill in preaching and teaching. Outside of RCC Rick works full time as the Hancock County Emergency Agency Director. He loves fishing, camping, spending time with his family as well as wood working and restoring old vehicles.

David Huddy

Worship & Technology Team:

David is the head of worship and technology. This group is in charge of audio, praise band, stage logistics, website, etc. David is gifted in the technology/electronics field and has spent many years in this area. He was stage crew manager at the New Song music festival for 12 years. He has many years of experience in running sound systems and equipment. He currently owns a website business. David is also a mechanic at Domtar.

In his spare time, David enjoys working on computers, wood working, and being “Old Dad” to his first granddaughter.

Michael Mosby

Youth Ministry Team:

Michael is the leader of the youth ministry team. He currently is a full time student at Kentucky Wesleyan College majoring in Health and Physical Education. Also, he is in his fifth year as a part time substitute teacher for the Hancock County School system. In his free time he likes to exercise, cook and read.

Jamie Huddy

Finance Team:

Jamie is the team leader of finance. She has many years of accounting experience at Aldridge & Aldridge Accounting in Hawesville. In addition to her love of math, Jamie enjoys reading, counted cross stitch, and browsing through flea markets. Jamie has recently found a new addiction…..the love of grandchildren. Her first grandchild, Caroline, was born last February, and has changed her world!

Kevin Husk

Lead Pastor:
Kevin is our lead pastor and leads a team of others that make Revive Community Church excel in loving others. He has over 10 years of ministry experience. Kevin’s strengths include relationship building and team building. He also works as a special education teacher, working with students with learning and behavior disabilities. During his free time he loves spending time with his family, going fishing, and playing basketball.

Fun Fact – Kevin, met his wife Kendra, on a blind date in 2001!
